Two people were killed in a crash Friday night in Warren County, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP).OSHP said the crash occurred around 10 p.m. Friday on State Route 741 near milepost 6 in Turtlecreek Township.Dylan S ougstad, 17, was driving a 2019 Tesla Model 3 south on SR-741 when he traveled left of center and struck a 2020 GMC Terrain, which was being driven northbound on SR-741 by 53-year-old Chastity Smith. After the initial crash, Sougstad's Tesla traveled off the west side of the roadway, while Smith's GMC traveled off the east side of the roadway, OSHP said.OSHP said both Sougstad and Smith were pronounced dead at the scene.State Route 741 between Hamilton Road and State Route 63 was shut down for several hours after the crash due to cleanup and vehicle removal.OSHP was assisted by the Warren County Sheriff's Office, Turtlecreek Township Fire and EMS, the Warren County Coroner's Office and Jacob's Towing.The crash remains under investigation by OSHP. ...read more read less
