A massive delay is impacting travelers trying to fly into Philly on Friday afternoon, according to a spokesperson at Philadelphia International Airport. Léelo en español aquí Officials issued a ground stop for arriving flights at PHL just before 4 p.m. because of an issue with lighting on one of the runways.
