At 1:27 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service released a winter weather advisory valid from 5 p.m. until Saturday 8 a.m. for Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Erie counties.The weather service states to anticipate, “Total snow accumulations 4 to 7 inches across the higher terrain. 1 to 2 inches expected for the lower elevations.
