A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Thursday at 9:03 p.m. for snow showers until Friday at midnight for Cayuga, Onondaga, Tompkins, Madison, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome and Delaware counties.“Scattered snow showers, some locally heavy are moving across the area t his evening. The heaviest snow showers will briefly reduce visibility under 1/4 mile and roads could quickly become snow covered and slippery.
