WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — A man was found dead with trauma Thursday night in a Westfield home, and police say the death was suspicious. Medics and Westfield Police Department officers went to the home just after 7:25 p.m. Thursday in the 3900 block of Westfield Road, better known as State Ro ad 32 in the Hamilton County city. That block is between Shady Nook Road and Gray Road. Investigators think the death was an isolated event, and they did not believe an ongoing threat to the public existed. Investigators on Thursday night continued to process evidence from the home, and canvass the surrounding neighborhood for potential witnesses or additional information. Social media posts showed police tape and emergency vehicles at a red brick home on the north side of the road, but it was not immediately known if that’s where the man’s body was found.
