WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) — Investigators are working to identify a person found dead on Purdue University’s campus. The Tippecanoe County Coroner’s Office says the body was discovered in an academic building around 6 p.m. Wednesday. Coroner Carrie Costello did not say if the dece ased was connected to the university. Costello says the coroner’s office is working with Purdue University Police Department to determine how and why the person died An autopsy is scheduled for Friday.
