One of San Antonio Fiesta’s most anticipated events has been cancelled, initially causing confusion with locals and the venue. Alamo Heights Night, known as the “party time in ‘09,” has been abruptly “paused” according to a notice on its website.The reason for the cancellation was initia lly kept quiet. But Alamo Heights Rotary Club President Rick Thorp later told KSAT that it communicated the cancellation to Fiesta organizers months ago.
