On Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. the National Weather Service released a flood watch valid from Wednesday 2 p.m. until Thursday 2 p.m. for Northern Warren and Southeast Warren as well as Herkimer, Hamilton, Fulton, Saratoga and Washington counties.The weather service adds, “Flooding caused by a combination of rain, snowmelt, and ice jams is possible.” ...read more read less
