A 75-year-old man is expected to appear in court Tuesday, accused of fatally shooting two women in Washington Heights on the South Side. William Wallace Jr., of Chicago, was arrested about 20 minutes after the shooting Saturday night in the 10400 block of South Peoria Street and charged with two cou nts of first degree murder, Chicago police said. Officers said they responded to a 911 call from Wallace about 11 p.m. Saturday, and when they knocked on the door of the home in the 10400 block of South Peoria Street he allegedly “spontaneously” told police that he shot the women and the gun was “upstairs,” according to a Chicago police report.The officers found 68-year-old Phyllis Goolsby unresponsive with gunshot wounds to her chest on the second floor, according to the report. Goolsby and the alleged shooter were in a romantic relationship with no prior domestic incidents, the police report stated.Officers said they found another victim, Tuanna J.
