Flood warning issued for Capital Region until Tuesday midday

On Monday at 11:14 a.m. the National Weather Service released a flood warning in effect until Tuesday at 11:15 a.m. for Albany, Saratoga and Schenectady counties.The weather service says to expect, “Flooding caused by an ice jam is occurring for Albany, Saratoga and Schenectady counties.”
