At least 1 detained after downtown Indy shooting INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police have one person in custody after an early morning shooting in downtown Indianapolis. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers found a woman shot near the intersection of East Maryland and South Meridian streets just after 1:30 a.m. Monday.
