Kirkland, NY. — Rain and melting snow have caused flooding in Oneida County, closing two roads, and flood warnings have been issued for Cortland County.Around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Route 5 was closed in both directions near Kirkland and Clark Mills in Oneida County after Oriskany Creek flooded, acco rding to a state Department of Transportation alert and the National Weather Service. ...read more read less
