Federal judge grants motion forcing FEMA to return $200M in stormwater protections to North Carolina, attorney general says

A motion to force the Federal Emergency Management Agency to restore a program that helps protect the infrastructure of North Carolina and other states was granted by a federal judge Friday, the North Carolina Attorney General's Office said.
