A Friday morning fire caused heavy smoke damage at the Urban Cultural Arts building in Green Bay, the citys fire department says.Firefighters were called just before 8 a.m. to 906 E. Walnut St in Green Bay. They arrived to find smoke pouring from the roof and filling the building.Crews quickly found the source of the fire and had it out within minutes.No one was hurt.
