Jose Isaias Martel Arriaga is facing over 50 felony charges after allegedly obtaining child sexual abuse material from a minor on Snapchat, including 40 counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, nine counts of indecent liberties with a child, and three counts of extortion.
