A new partnership between the Philadelphia Parking Authority and the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation, along with participating neighborhood businesses, will see the PPA offer discounted parking at AutoPark parking garage. In a statement on Wednesday, PPA officials said, through th is partnership, visitors who shop or dine at participating Chinatown businesses can receive $5 parking for up to three hours at the AutoPark at the Fashion District garage, located at 44 North 9th Street. To receive the discount, officials said, visitors will need to park at the AutoPark garage, take a ticket upon entry, and obtain a parking voucher from a participating Chinatown business. The voucher can be inserted when exiting the garage to apply the discounted rate, the PPA said in a statement.
