A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 10:16 p.m. for freezing rain until Wednesday at 2:30 a.m. for Onondaga and Madison counties.“Temperatures are still hovering around the freezing mark across the I90 Corridor and Syracuse Metro Area this evening. There have been re ports of freezing rain and areas of freezing drizzle and black ice will be possible. Be careful for slippery spots overnight, especially on untreated roads, bridges and overpasses that may contain icy surfaces. Motorists should be aware of rapidly changing driving conditions.
