Update: Winter weather advisory in place for Southern Tier, Central NY until Tuesday evening

At 2:04 p.m. on Tuesday, the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory in effect until 7 p.m. for Madison, Cortland, Chenango and Broome counties.The weather service adds to be ready for, "Mixed precipitation. Additional ice accumulations around a light glaze."
