On Tuesday at 2:12 p.m. an updated winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until Wednesday at 5 a.m. for Schenectady, Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer, Greene, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties."Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to two inch es and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch," can be anticipated according to the weather service.
