CAMPBELL, Calif. (KRON) -- A fire that broke out at an apartment complex in Campbell Monday afternoon displaced approximately 60 residents, according to the Santa Clara County Fire Department. Firefighters responded to the complex on the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive at 12:58 p.m. and located a vehicl e fire in a carport that is adjacent to the apartment building. Three vehicles and the carport were destroyed before the flames were knocked down by 1:46 p.m., fire officials said. Ten apartment units sustained significant heat damage to their exterior windows in the fire, with some impacted by smoke damage inside.
