SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The California Highway Patrol issued an Ebony Alert in Alameda County for a missing 15-year-old boy Sunday Morning on behalf of the Alameda County Sheriff's Office. According to CHP, Cameron Parker was last seen in Oakland by Lake Merritt on 1st Avenue and 1st Avenue Plac e on Saturday, Feb 28 at 10 p.m. Ebony Alert issued for missing 17-year-old Cameron is 5’9” and 140 pounds. He was last spotted wearing a red and black sweatshirt and pants with red New Balance shoes. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be on foot, according to authorities.
