Taco Infiel food trailer at 23670 Tower St., Moreno Valley (off-hours address), which was ordered closed Feb. 18 because of insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen Feb. 19. Qtea Boba Food at 28781 Highway 74, Suite B, Lake Elsinore, which was ordered closed Feb. 17 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen Feb. 20.
