Fentons Creamery in Oakland created a brand new ice cream flavor in honor of Alysa Liu’s golden performances at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics. The flavor is called Alysa’s Gold, with golden Oreos folded into caramel ice cream with a caramel swirl. Fentons said it still wants to host a ho mecoming celebration for Liu and the invitation stands for her to stop by at any time. Liu, who is from Oakland, won two figure skating gold medals at the Milan Cortina Olympics.
