Hundreds of passenger service workers and their supporters will rally at San Francisco International Airport Thursday. As things stand, SEIU United Service Workers West (SEIU USWWW), the union representing around 2,000 passenger service workers at SFO, is in negotiations with five different emplo yers. Workers will be rallying at the airport Thursday, demanding fair wages for service workers, which include cargo, cabin, janitorial, security, baggage, bus connection, passenger service and private and post-TSA screening workers. These workers are not employed by the airport. According to SFO, the union has been granted a free-speech permit.
