HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A Henrico County Public Schools bus driver is injured after police said she was involved in a crash on Woodman Road Tuesday morning. Officials said there were no students on the bus at the time of the crash. At 6:39 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 24, officers with the Henrico C ounty Police Division responded to the 10000 block of Woodman Road for a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a Henrico County Public Schools bus and a pickup truck. A spokesperson for Henrico Schools said the bus was leaving the transportation depot on Woodman Road when it was hit by a car. Officials said there were no students aboard the bus at the time of the crash. Police said the bus driver, a woman, was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
