The return of a popular wine country Latin music festival has suddenly hit a major sour note. Organizers are cancelling the La Onda music festival scheduled for late May. No reason for the cancelation was given. Mexican rock band Maná, as well as musicians J Balvin and Christian Nodal, were s cheduled headliners. Refunds are expected to be issued within 30 days.
