What to KnowThe region was still working to dig out after a major winter storm dropped more than a foot of snow in Philadelphia, and more than 20 inches in parts of New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.A Blizzard Warning has been lifted for the region, but conditions outside still require extra caution. The City of Philadelphia’s snow emergency ended at 6 a.m. on Tuesday. City schools remained in virtual instruction on Tuesday, but courts and city offices will be open. Heavy snow was downing trees and falling onto walkways, remain vigilant while outside. The Jersey Shore and coastal Delaware saw the worst of the storm, with high snow totals, strong wind reaching 50 m.p.h. and coastal flooding from high tide. Driving restrictions were slowly being lifted in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, with officials still urging residents to drive carefully and stay home if they can.
