A popular Houston sweets shop is dipping into Alamo Heights. Tiny’s Milk and Cookies, a bakery chain known for its chocolate chip cookies and charming walk-up windows, is opening its first San Antonio outpost at 5615 Broadway, by long-running gift shop Hanley-Wood.Hanley-Wood confirms the opening, saying it would take over an approximately 2,000-square-foot space adjacent to the shop. Construction is expected to begin in the spring in anticipation of a fall opening.Although Tiny’s has only been around since 2016, its signature chocolate chip cookie made its debut at sibling restaurant Tiny Boxwoods in 2007.
