Letter: Testing for homeschool students not necessary

On Tuesday, the homeschool community in Hawaii came out in large numbers to civilly and respectfully voice their opposition to House Bill 2376, which would have forced home- schooled students to be tested at their local public school with the same tests used for public school students.
