RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Some Central Virginia school districts will be closed, shift to virtual learning or operate on a two-hour delay on Monday due to the winter weather. School districts across Central Virginia will either be closed, have virtual learning or open on a two-hour delay due to the w inter storm traveling across Virginia, which has created dangerous road conditions. The following school districts will be closed on Monday, Feb. 23: Northumberland County Public Schools The following school district will have a remote learning day on Monday: Lancaster County Public Schools The following school districts will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday: Buckingham County Public Schools Caroline County Public Schools Charles City County Public Schools Cumberland County Public Schools Dinwiddie County Public Schools Essex County Public Schools Fredericksburg City Public Schools Hanover County Public Schools King William County Public Schools Louisa County Public Schools Middlesex County Public Schools New Kent County Public Schools Petersburg City Public Schools Prince George County Public Schools Richmond County Public Schools Spotsylvania County Public Schools Stafford County Schools Sussex County Public Schools This article will be updated if and when additional delays or closings are announced.
