Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro joined state officials on Sunday to discuss the state’s preparation efforts ahead of a major winter storm that is set to hit the region on Sunday afternoon. And, he announced that he has signed a declaration of emergency to help state agencies respond to the c oming winter weather. In a statement, Shapiro’s office said that officials wanted to provide an update on preparations across the state as a “significant” winter storm is expected to move across the region from Sunday afternoon through Monday.
