A fire started Saturday night in a Logan Square apartment building, displacing 12 adults and 10 children, according to Chicago police.Chicago firefighters and police officers responded to the fire in the 2000 block of North Hamlin Avenue just before 9 p.m. The fire spread to a neighboring building b efore it was extinguished, police said.Two people were treated for their injuries at the scene but did not need to go to the hospital, according to police.
