The police department reported that suspects stole food from a vendor on Saturday afternoon in San Francisco. Police said they received a report of a theft near the Japanese Tea Garden at 5:10 p.m. Officers found the victim at the scene, who stated he was selling food when suspects stole the f ood and ran away, according to authorities.
