BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Firefighters rescued a person trapped in their car after it flipped during a Thursday afternoon crash in Buckingham County. Just before 2:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19, crews with the Toga Volunteer Fire Department -- as well as multiple other agencies -- were called to the area of Mt. Rush Highway and Bridge Road for report of a two-vehicle crash involving a person trapped. Officials shared photos from the scene, which show what appears to be a car flipped onto its roof.
