COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The family and friends of a late state representative are continuing his fight against HIV and Aids in South Carolina. This afternoon, Feb. 19, the Joseph Neal Health Collaborative held a news conference. Since its founding, the group says it has worked across the s tate to reduce health disparities, address rising rates of HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, and Diabetes, and ensure that individuals and families can access care regardless of their ability to pay.
