(Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Feb. 19)–A judge has charged a 25-year-old Lincoln man with terroristic threats for allegedly making threats to kill a woman and her child, with bond set at 10% of $300,000. On Wednesday, Victor Munoz was charged, after he w as arrested on Tuesday, when officers were called to a home in the area of 70th and O streets to conduct a welfare check. A woman said she received several concerning messages from Munoz that stated he was going to kill her and her 1-year-old child, according to the arrest affidavit. Police say Munoz was at the home with the victim’s 1-year-old while he was sending aggressive and violent messages to the victim. Documents allege that at one point, Munoz sent the victim a photo of a knife followed by another threatening message. Police contacted Munoz at his home and placed him under arrest.
