Park City Fire District to hold fundraiser at No Name Saloon for Blood Cancer United
Feb 18, 2026
Park City Fire District will hold a fundraiser and opportunity drawing at No Name Saloon, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Feb. 27, to help raise money for Blood Cancer United.
“We’re participating in the (Firefighter Stairclimb) again this year, and we’re just trying to raise a lot of money for the
(Leukemia Lymphoma) Society,” said Rob Takeno, captain with the Park City Fire District.
The Firefighter Stairclimb is a competition put on by Blood Cancer United at Seattle’s Columbia Center. There, career, volunteer and retired firefighters challenge themselves to climb over 1,300 steps in full turnout gear to support the blood cancer community. Each step raises money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
Park City Fire District is seeking to raise $20,000 for the cause. Tickets are available online or in person at the fundraiser event on Feb. 27. Those interested in entering the opportunity drawing online can do so at tinyurl.com/5n77ccxr through Feb. 27.
