Rapper Cardi B is going on a butt-reducing trip to Colombia after her current tour ends, she said backstage after a recent show — and it’s not to attend a fitness camp. “I’m taking this ass out!” she said after RB star Kehlani love-tapped her behind while declaring, “You have so much ass !” following their onstage surprise duet in Los Angeles on Monday. “After this tour, I’m taking some out,” Cardi B responded, amid laughter from a group surrounding the pair. “After this tour, I don’t wanna hear nobody for three months. I’m going to Colombia, nobody hit me up, nothing.” The 33-year-old superstar has been getting implants and injections since her late teens, something she now advises against, especially when it comes to butt lifts. She started with breast augmentation at age 18, then moved on to her rear with biopolymer butt injections administered in a Queens basement in 2014, when she was 21. The biopolymer shots are not approved by the FDA, which has warned about potentially lethal side effects. Indeed, the woman who gave Cardi B her shots had a patient die on her operating table not long afterward, the performer revealed in a 2018 interview with GQ. Cardi did a U-turn in 2019, swearing off all plastic surgery and resorting to exercise instead. She reversed course completely in 2022 when she had 95% off the biopolymer implants removed.
