Amber Alert: 4yearold boy ‘forcibly removed’ from Commerce City home

Update 7:40 p.m.: Commerce City police are working to make contact with Jeremy Chavez, who is believed to be in a house in the 17000 block of East 97th Circle, spokesperson Joanna Small said.

d boy is missing after he was “forcibly removed” from his Commerce City home on Friday afternoon, state officials said in an Amber Alert.
Sean Chavez was last seen around 4 p.m. and is believed to be in a stolen black 2024 Chevrolet Silverado that was spotted at 6:20 p.m. near 109th Avenue and Dahlia Street in Commerce City.
Sean is believed to be in the truck with Jeremy Chavez, 45, who is “known to be violent,” Colorado Bureau of Investigation officials said.

“It is unknown if he is armed, use caution if approached,” state officials said.
Sean is described as white with blond hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a gray zip-up sweatshirt, jeans and a shirt with dinosaurs on it. He has medical impairments and requires medication he does not have, CBI officials said in the alert.
