(FOX 5/KUSI) -- As Valentine’s Day approaches, Rady Children’s Hospital staff tried to make the holiday extra special for these newborn babies. Both doctors and nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) made Valentine’s outfits and hearts for 40 newborn patients.
