CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A spokesperson for the company that owns 500 West Trade apartment tower in Uptown Charlotte tells WCCB that three of the four elevators have been repaired in the 13-story building. This comes one day after WCCB aired a report about residents’ complaints that they’ve been l iving without working elevators for months.
