The National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory at 12:45 p.m. on Sunday valid from 1 p.m. until Monday 10 a.m. for St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton and Essex counties.“Dangerously cold wind chills of 20 to 30 degrees below zero expected,” states the weather service. “The coldest p eriod will be near sunrise Monday morning.” ...read more read less
