Update: Cold weather advisory issued for Capital Region until Monday morning — extremely cold conditions

The National Weather Service issued an updated cold weather advisory at 2:32 p.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at 10 a.m. for Schenectady, Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia counties.The weather service states to be ready for, "Very cold wind chills as low as 23 degrees below."
