A man was shot and killed in North Philadelphia on Saturday evening, police said. The shooting took place at around 7:39 p.m. at the 3200 block of North Howard Street, police said. When officers arrived, they found an unidentified man suffering multiple gunshot wounds, police said. Th e man was pronounced dead at 7:45 p.m. by first responders at the scene, police said.
