A man was stabbed and slashed near a Brooklyn apartment building Saturday morning, leaving a blood trail to a deli a few blocks away. The 39-year-old man was stabbed in the abdomen and slashed in the face by his attacker with an unknown object around 10:28 a.m. outside the NYCHA Glenwood Houses, at Avenue H and E. 58th St. in Flatlands, cops said.
