The National Weather Service issued an updated report at 8 a.m. on Saturday for gusty winds until noon for Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Schenectady, Saratoga, Albany, Rensselaer and Columbia counties."Current observations show isolated wind gusts up to 50 mph across parts of the Capital District, Helderbergs and the Mohawk Valley this morning, and these gusts are expected to spread eastward into the Berkshires and the north central Taconics.
