It’s a scene that played out in less than two minutes. Surveillance cameras captured two thieves busting through the office door and into the safe of Tacos Juancho around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.   “I think we have personal checks for the employees too, so the tips, all the money they t ake,” said General Manager Oliver Valdez. Valdez said it’s salt in the wound for the Mexico City-style taqueria that opened on Oak Lawn in September. That was just a few days before the first burglary. That time, the video showed someone walking away with the safe. Valdez is unsure whether the incidents are connected. “I just feel sad for the people that we are here working, we work so hard. The owner of this place works hard to make this possible for everybody. So I just, I feel sad for me and for everybody,” he said. Dallas police say the most recent case remains an ongoing investigation. While no one’s been caught in either case, Valdez is hopeful someone recognizes a white van with yellow and blue details used by the alleged thieves on Tuesday morning.
