The National Weather Service released an extreme cold warning at 1:03 a.m. on Friday valid from Saturday 7 a.m. until Sunday 1 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service adds, “Dangerously cold wind chills between 25 and 35 degrees below zero expected.”
