Extreme cold warning in place for parts of Upstate NY for Saturday and Sunday — extremely cold conditions

On Friday at 1:03 a.m. the National Weather Service released an extreme cold warning valid from Saturday 7 a.m. until Sunday 1 p.m. for Otsego, Delaware and Sullivan counties.The weather service says, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 to 30 degrees below zero expected.”
