At 12:55 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued an extreme cold warning valid from Saturday 7 a.m. until Sunday 1 p.m. for Herkimer, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany, Greene and Ulster counties.The weather service adds, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 to 35 degrees below zero expected.” ...read more read less
